ABOUT JAMIL SHEERAZ

I am a self motivated, energetic and an enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in design and construction. I have gained experience in the construction industry either assisting or leading on multi million pound projects for prestigious clients. Progression through various grades within BAM, demonstrating continuous increase in knowledge and skills of the industry and striving for self improvement. I have excellent interpersonal skills enabling me to be a key part of any project leading on project discussions, negotiations and performance matters.My management and analytical skills allow me to manage multiple projects and budgets ensuring cost control and efficiency I am experienced in working on various forms of contracts including GC Works, Partnering contracts, JCT contracts, Design and Build single stage and two stage contracts and NEC 3 contracts. An asset to any team I am an exceptional team player focusing on the overall team and organizational objectives. I am a great brand ambassador displaying a professional disposition at all times in order to raise my own profile as well as that of the company.Specialties: I have gained a Construction Ambassador role here in the UK, helping and motivating young people within my community.
