Create an exceptional customer experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall branch customer experience by providing personalized advice and assistance. • Promote and sell a variety of retail banking products and services, such as credit cards, lines of credit, and overdraft protection. • Conduct a wide range of financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other transactions as necessary) with accuracy and efficiency. • Ensure needed due diligence and escalate non-standard/high-risk transactions as necessary. • Assist with responding and resolving customer concerns, identifying customer needs, and determining solutions to customer problems.
