Responsible for all aspects of the sale of the 29 LEGO and LEGOLAND Discovery Centres to the LEGO Group- leading all the functional workstreams to carve out the businesses from Merlin in the period from signing to completion, and - achieving operational readiness by establishing transitional services in preparation for day 1- Responsible for Separation Management Office (\"SMO\") governance collaborating with The LEGO Group to pre-empt and mitigate risks- Budget owner for the project as a whole, responsible for delivering net proceeds in line with board paper- TSA (Transitional Services Agreement) Lead responsible for the delivery of the the TSA throughout 2026 to ensure a seamless transition- Working closely with The LEGO Group on their migration plans to ensure a smooth exit from TSA.
