I\'m responsible for both Business Continuity and Crisis Management for all of our Investment Banking and Markets businesses across the Americas region. I manage the business as usual programme of work, staff, projects, operations, audits, risk reviews, recovery sites, reporting and budgets. Since I\'ve spent the majority of my time focusing on leading Business Continuity, DR and Data Centre remediation programmes whilst running the operational teams that support them. I’m a Mindfulness Champion for HSBC and I lead regular practice sessions, teach the HSBC’s Mindfulness Foundations course and provide bespoke mindfulness training and workshops. I\'m the author of two best selling Business Continuity books \"The Business Continuity Management Desk Reference\" and \"Disaster Recovery, Crisis Response, and Business Continuity\" which are both available globally on Amazon. I’ve also written a number of other books under my pen names on mindfulness and publishing.
