After working in the field of IT since leaving college I have managed to achieve a number of professional qualifications, mainly in the Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco and Chekpoint arena! During my working career I have work in various roles ranging from my current role as MD of a busy IT support company to IT manager to IT consultant.Fusion IT has now grown somewhat, we no longer just provide good quality IT support, training & management to the legal sector we also are involved with developing case management systems. The majority of our work involves the Thomson Reuters Elite product MatterSphere and we have a team of specialist to consult with you through the whole process.Whilst I used to roll my sleeves up an get technical I find I spend most of my time dealing with client queries and ensuring that we are delivering cutting edge legal solutions and technical advise.
