I\'m an Executive Search and Recruitment Consultant focused on senior Product, Data and GTM hires for B2B SaaS and technology companies.After 15 years placing senior contributors and leaders into PE/VC-backed tech businesses, I\'ve seen similar things happen: a company hits 75–200 people, the founder is still close to product decisions, and suddenly they\'re dealing with enterprise contracts, real compliance pressure, and a board asking questions about AI and data that nobody internally is set up to answer or own.
