I work across media, coaching, brand strategy, and business operations — helping people build what actually lasts. I’m the CEO of Trueline Media Group, where we produce and manage podcasts, media brands, and content-driven businesses, and the owner of Bare Knuckle BBQ, a product-based brand built in partnership with former NHL players. I’m also the founder of JamieThurber.com, my coaching and consulting business I’ve built over the last 13 years, where I work closely with founders, business owners, and leaders to help them create systems, clarify direction, strengthen decision-making, and actually follow through on what they say they want to build. In addition, I’m the founder of Posh Promotions, a brand and marketing business I’ve led for the past 15 years, supporting businesses through strategic marketing, promotions, brand positioning, and growth-focused execution. My work sits at the intersection of operations, brand, leadership, and business growth. Whether I’m helping a client tighten up their business, guiding a brand through growth, building backend structure, or managing moving parts across multiple companies, my focus is always the same: Create clarity.
