I am a designer by trade but a natural project executor. I have 25+ years of experience in User Experience & Product Design, project management on Web, Mobile platforms and other applications. I have worked in large scale software company to medium size service agency, to the internet and mobile startups. I have a full grasp of the software process, language and culture and love being part of a technology team. I have a broad understanding of creative processes – from user research, hands-on design, branding and specification writing for development hand-off. I thrive in open environments, agile and flexible teams. I’m not afraid to wear different hats – this is the biggest thrill and a great opportunity. I believe strongly in transparency and collaboration with cross-disciplines to find the best design solutions. Designers are “facilitators”, reconcilers of creative and technical tensions.
