The Relational Grace Podcast was launched in May of 2021. Starting from scratch with the team from Ariel Ministries. I took on the role of Executive Producer and Lead Content Creator and Curator where I led the design and development of a new Ariel Ministries brand look, web site, and launched and continue to host a new foundational podcasting platform we call the \"Relational Grace Podcast\".The podcast medium was a logical choice given the mission of Ariel Ministries which is to share the teachings of the late Pastor Nick Harris. Having thousands of hours of audio teachings, video messages, paper and digital book manuscripts and sermons to share we curated all of these assets into a Digital Asset Management system for quick lookup, notations, and tagging. From a technology standpoint I was responsible for creating the Podcast RSS serving technology, the necessary Apple, Google, Spotify, etc. accounts to ensure the podcast could be found anywhere online as well as be available via website. I also sourced a CMS for website management as well as an online giving platform. I set up a WordPress Blog to supplement the audio podcasts. Finally I maintain along with others on the team the key social media channels.On the creative front I am the lead designer for all aspects of Ariel’s visuals in both web and print. Between myself and another host we introduce all podcast episodes providing background and additional information around the subject of the message and that of Pastor Nick Harris.I record all podcast introductions professionally and edit each of them. Much of the audio found is decades old and requires cleanup and editing prior to publishing. Some episodes have accompanying video assets which are housed on YouTube and edited in a way to draw additional attention toward the podcast.My effort with Ariel Ministries utilizes my entire spectrum of skills and experience acquired over decades. It is a passion project I take great pride and meaning from.
