Managing multiple projects from start to finish varying in size from - following ISEO\'s project stage plan.Managing bespoke developments and integrations for SaaS based access control software, using the Agile project management methodology.Scoping out client requirements and creating software development specifications for SaaS based access control software.Creating epics and user stories from client requirement and project contract documentation.Assist clients with preparing access policies and procedures that adhere to company standards and compliance.Creating product road maps and end user journey visualisations to improve customer feedback loops for software development.Liaising with multiple project stakeholders within large organisations to create project and stage plans for software development.Answering technical queries from Cyber Security questionnaires with relation to SaaS based access control software.Reviewing backlogs with multiple product development teams: mobile, front and back-end developers.Engaging with clients on site to advise security and software requirements for all types of access points (doors, gates, hatches, etc.).Preparing security assessments and design proposals for multi-million pound nation infrastructure projects.Regularly arrange and deliver end user training of ISEO\'s mobile applications, SaaS applications and associated hardware.Deliver product-specific demonstrations and technical training to end user customers within Security and Operational departments.Arranging and performing UAT sessions internally and externally to monitor product quality
