As a passionate luxury hotel professional, I bring a wealth of experience across some of the world’s most iconic properties. Currently Assistant Reservations Manager at The Savoy, London, I have previously held the same position at The Ritz London, further honing my expertise in leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional service standards.My background includes overseeing global reservations operations for nine hotels at Dorchester Collection, including The Beverly Hills Hotel, Hotel Bel Air, The Dorchester, Coworth Park, 45 Park Lane, Hotel Plaza Athenee, Le Meurice, Hotel Eden and Principe Di Savoia where I managed both the day-to-day business and a direct team, ensuring a seamless and personalised guest journey across the brand’s prestigious portfolio. Earlier in my career, I completed a Manager in Training program at Sheraton Grand London Park Lane, gaining comprehensive experience in Front Office and Housekeeping, following nearly two years in Front Office roles and earlier foundations in Food & Beverage at renowned hotels such as Adare Manor and The Gleneagles Hotel, where I had the privilege of working during the prestigious Ryder Cup.A proud graduate of Shannon College of Hotel Management, I was honoured to receive the Brendan O’Regan Award, reflecting my commitment to excellence, leadership, and the knowledge and values of true hospitality. I am passionate and ambitious about building a long-term career in luxury hospitality, constantly striving to elevate guest experiences and contribute to the success of the world’s finest hotels.
