This fulfilling phase of my career began with a humble desire to serve responsible leaders building high-performance organizations, creating value, and achieving balanced excellence – while enjoying life more. Today, my Vistage Chair practice has expanded to include talent at all levels – from Owner/CEO to promising individual contributors. I have a purpose-built peer group for anyone who qualifies. I have chosen to utilize my decades of experience in business leadership and corporate growth combined with the industry leading Vistage framework of peer-to-peer perspectives to help executives make great decisions and in turn, elevate the work and family lives of thousands. Together, we focus on solving significant issues quickly – a seat at our table offers a private and confidential place to address business challenges and formulate resourceful plans to overcome them. Enjoyed hundreds of board meetings and thousands of hours of top executive coaching - what a privilege to meet folks where they are and forge a path ahead together. And what fun it is to celebrate the progress! Specifically, I deliver the Vistage experience in Greater Cincinnati – from facilitating mastermind groups to coaching top executives to designing our productive workshops. In this work, I leverage our Vistage community of over Members, over expert speakers, and nearly Chairs across 20+ countries as well as best practices built over the last 60+ years. Recently, I’ve been designated a Master Chair (Top 10%) and earned repeated recognition for Chair Excellence (Top 25%) based on quality, dedication, and providing exceptional value for Members. Different business models, different approaches, different management styles - I\'ve not quite seen it all, but I\'ve seen quite a lot and learned what delivers the best results over time.
