Organizations invite me to speak on topics including: Leadership development, Team Building, Product Management, Time Management and Feedback. During my presentations, I encourage active participation and diving deep into the perceptions on a topic. Each participant walks away with at least one practice to embed the new learning into their lives. Signature Talks: Dismantle Doubt and Own Your Power: You have big ideas, but the voice in your head tells you – you can’t. You aren’t qualified. You aren’t an expert. Who are you? This voice stops you in your tracks. Stops you from asking for that promotion. Stops you from sharing a game-changing idea. Stops you from taking the leap into another career. And so many others. It’s time to break down that doubt, so you can go after the big ideas in your life. Come and learn some solutions to breaking free and stepping into your power. How to Make Time For Your Goals, When You’re Drowning in To-Do’s: Time is the most important resource we have… but many people find themselves strapped for it. We end up overwhelmed and exhausted with nothing left to give to our own goals. It doesn’t have to be that way. Come and learn some simple solutions so you can find the time and the energy to go after YOUR goals. Overcoming the Fear of Feedback: Feedback! It\'s a necessary evil in our lives. Each year we get to sit with our bosses and they tell us all about what we are doing amazing at and where we can grow. Or really tell you all the things you aren\'t doing right. You get uncomfortable accepting praise and uncomfortable accepting criticism, but you know that you want to be able to embrace both. Logically, you know that feedback is good for you and that it can really can help you grow, but that hasn\'t helped you.
