I am an instructor and coach at FXB, helping people navigate through their journey to a healthier lifestyle. Coaching involves staying in contact with my team, answering questions, and making sure they know there is someone supporting them through their 10 week session. As an instructor, I focus on leading class with proper form, giving tips along the way, writing and delivering unique and fun classes. Any time when instructing, you have to be on your A-game; You have to be encouraging, keep your eyes out to correct form, push people to that fine line of giving it their all but not giving up. You have to be approachable before and after classes as well, to help with any questions people may have in regards to nutrition, new exercises, form, or other various questions. It is something that started as a hobby for me and quickly became a passion. I love being able to help people see results from the effort they put forth towards bettering their lifestyle!
