I fell into staffing sort of by accident, but over 15 years later I wouldn\'t have it any other way! I never thought helping others achieve their professional dreams would be what ultimately made me happy and whole. But working for a company as sophisticated and transformative as LHH helped me understand my reach beyond my clients and candidates. I started with LHH (The Adecco Group) as a Staffing Manager helping to launch the Ajilon team in the Philadelphia market. I worked my way up the leader ladder and found myself really loving the sales side of the business, yet was consistently passionate and drawn to recruiting. Knowing I have helped someone is what constantly fueled my passion, and still does today. Having a strong understanding of both sides of our business, combined with borderline annoying attention to detail and a need for success, has taken me to levels in my career with LHH I never thought I would love as much as I did running a desk and a successful team. But today, I find myself addicted to solving big problems, strategy, innovation, collaboration, training and development, technology, and most importantly, beating our competition!
