ABOUT JAMIE LOCKE

The essence of great leadership is in getting great people to want to do what you want them to do.”-Unknown MOTIVATION My track record proves that I excel at creating amazing companies. Originally, my plan going into college was to follow in my father’s footsteps as an accountant. That is until my junior year when I took an object-oriented database architecture class. I had thought it sounded interesting. It was here that I met a professor that motivated me to pursue technology as a major instead. He told me that I had a natural talent in his class.By the age of twenty-five, I was a CTO. I gravitated towards Start-ups early in my career (during the dotcom timeframe) before moving on to scaling companies (Sorenson Communications). I took a brief hiatus as CEO to shift my focus to other Start-ups. I’ve made my share of mistakes and built my “experience” the hard way, but I learned from each struggle and bettered myself as a result. I love a good challenge. I constantly learn and work to grow my capabilities both in my career and also in my personal life.My greatest joy is to work with others and to empower those around me to become more successful. I’m a mentor, colleague, and confidant whom you can trust even when things get tough. I fully comprehend the underlying processes that make a company what it needs to be and to reach its full potential. I remain thoughtful in my approach even through moments of uncertainty and chaos, defining powerful technical roadmaps and building internal support and momentum. j••••••••@gmail.com 80••••••32 Leadership | Management | Business Intelligence | Strategy | Software Development | Project Management | Disaster Recovery | CRM | Cloud Computing | Virtualization | Information Technology | Entrepreneurship | Enterprise Architecture | Scrum | Start-ups | Business Strategy | Product Lifecycle Management | Outsourcing | ITIL | Data Center | Business Process Improvement | Change Management
