About Jamie Lick

From supporting pediatric patients through a complex medical experience to helping multi-billion dollar companies leverage technology, my mission remains the same: to positively impact the customer experience and ensure successful outcomes.My career began at the bedside in a fast-paced Emergency Department, where I learned patience, compassion, prioritization, and teamwork. Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to meet patients\' needs laid the foundation for my career. No matter where I go, I bring that ER work ethic with me. After transitioning into technology, I found my home in Customer Success. I thrive as both a strategic advisor to clients and a collaborative partner across internal teams. I\'ve worked at both startups and scaling health-tech SaaS organizations to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth while building scalable processes that lead to better outcomes for customers and companies alike. Outside of work I lead a nonprofit organization that supports teens with cancer and blood disease. I enjoy traveling the world and making the most of living in the wonderful city I call home, Chicago. Looking ahead, I am excited to continue building on my experiences, applying my skills to strengthen customer partnerships and contribute to the success of my team and clients.
