ABOUT JAMIE LEE CUE

Jamie Lee is a forward-thinking Project Manager for Stantec’s Buildings Office with a specialization and passion for Alternative Project Delivery. Her ability to think outside the box, easily adapt with flexibility, meet demanding schedules and work with and coordinate an extensive group of individuals has greatly aided her projects. She is fervent about driving a project successfully through its life cycle, while meeting the Client’s needs. Her recent projects have required her to manage and lead multi-disciplinary teams from RFQ through to the end of construction. At the early stages of these projects she has developed project charters, detailed budgets & workplans, organizational charts, schedules, risk documentation and reports. Throughout, Jamie Lee has delivered by ensuring quality and strategically aligning the team with the project goals and objectives, keeping them on track and on schedule, being heavily supported by her ability to communicate and listen to everyone on the project team. The ability to manage different scopes and priorities, while hitting project milestones with a coordinated team attests to her effective project management skills. She works on a variety of projects, working closely with architecture and engineering teams, in sectors including healthcare, buildings and education.
