I am an operations expert with experience in Executive and Personal Assistance, Office Management, and devising solutions to administrative challenges across multiple client accounts. I studied Organizational Studies at Scripps College in Claremont and wrote my senior thesis on Music Fandoms. I continue to seek out and thrive in roles where I do the behind-the-scenes work that ensures smooth processes, operations, and events. I have 5+ years of experience in a variety of roles, including: ⁃ Operations: devising and recording operating procedures, creating meeting agendas, accounts payable and receivable, client communication ⁃ Office Management: hiring and managing vendors, event planning, employee onboarding and off boarding, fielding and directing general inquiries ⁃ Executive Assistance: calendar management, travel itineraries, expense management ⁃ Personal Assistance: acting as a gatekeeper, house management, inventory management, deliveries and returns Outside of work, you can find me at concerts and community events around Los Angeles registering voters with HeadCount. I registered over 400 voters in 2022 and facilitated the 2nd highest number of digital actions (registrations, registration status checks, or election information signups) out of 150 Team Leaders across the country. If I’m not at a show, I’m likely reading - I try to read an average of a book per week, and in 2020 I read 100 books!
