Established in 2011 with the primary objective of providing professional recruitment solutions to the Healthcare sector. Our model focused on recruiting senior level resource to the NHS and Private Healthcare sector on both an interim/consultancy basis, and for substantive/board appointments. We recruit from management up to board level and also provide specialist resource for business change and transformation programmes. Business highlights 2011 – 2020 • Within 3 years of inception, secured a place on the Crown Commercial Services ‘Non Medical, Non Clinical’ temporary staffing framework to supply senior interims, nationally to the NHS. • Within 5 years grew the business to 6 staff and £2.5 million turnover from a standing start and limited personal financial investment. • Grew business to revenue of £20m (turnover), financial year 20/21 • Developed a growing reputation for delivery of in-demand / niche & specialist skills in a candidate short market. • Won multiple tenders to deliver ‘whole-team’ transformation projects/programmes at various NHS Hospital Trusts • Profit & Loss Management – recorded profit every year since establishment • Recruited to positions across all business functions including (but not limited to) – Operations, Finance, HR, Technology, Information & Data, IT, Project & Programme Management, Executive & Board Appointments, Corporate Governance • Won multiple executive board appointment search projects for NHS Hospitals, Mental Health Trusts and Clinical Commissioning Groups. • Personally generated aggregated gross profit of circa £350k annually, whilst maintaining management, corporate and operational responsibilities.
