Leading a small development team to deliver a digital transformation project (from AEM) to Next.js + Typescript + Tailwind stack. Collaborating with stakeholders & design, to deliver a proof of concept MVP to a deadline.Migrate the existing MoneyHelper tools to a new (NX) Monorepo structure, implementing a Shared UI component Library to promote DRY principles. Ensure all apps are fully accessible, and work without JavaScript. The solution required clean architecture, using Next.js server side rendering & server components.Build a React community in the organisation. Develop standards, processes and ways of working that will allow the team to deliver now, and scale for the future.
