About Jamie Bradley
A journalist turned recruiter, I helped launch The Highland Park Landmark - a hyper-local, weekly newspaper serving all households in Highland Park, IL - before making a career change to recruiting. After spending nearly four years with a staffing agency focused on Marketing, Communications and Creative roles I joined dentsu, where I led recruiting for their two largest US-based accounts, Microsoft and General Motors. Today, I lead Talent Acquisition for rEvolution Marketing.

rEvolution\'s first Talent Acquisition professional, I was brought on board to build the foundational processes and procedures that will allow rEvolution to efficiently attract and hire top-tier talent as the agency scales.I am tasked with recruiting for all open positions in the US across operational, creative, marketing and advertising skillsets. This includes everything from entry- to executive-level in skillsets that range from finance to graphic design. In addition to recruiting on all US-based roles, I manage recruitment for all international roles in the UK and Singapore, which includes both hands-on recruitment as well as the identification of, negotiation with, and management of international staffing vendors. Within five months of hire I built and debuted new talent acquisition guidelines and policy globally. I was tasked with implementing the Talent Acquisition (ATS) function of our new HRIS system.I also managed the search, negotiation and onboarding of a new background check vendor for our UK office.
