I\'m a mentor for the Hire a Hero charity specialising in the rail industry. My role is to help ex forces personnel to make the transition into the rail industry and to make that journey as seamless as possible. There is a huge amour of talent in the forces who have so much to offer the rail industry and I get great satisfaction from seeing happy employers and of course from helping some inspirational individuals move into the career of their choice.I\'d like to meet employers in the rail sector who would like to fill the skills gap in the rail sector with inspiring and highly capable ex forces personnel.
