Increase sales and market share of Dow Building Solutions by specifying building envelope solutions with residential partners- Responsible for Dow residential business in Western Canada- Create and manage building solutions and proper building science specifications to builders, engineers and architects- Manage, develop and communicate with distribution partners in Western Canada- Execute account plans and strategies, which support national business objectives- Train and educate on Dow products and building solutions- Demand creation and specification work, through direct contact with industry representitives at all levels- Cooperatively work with the commercial business within Dow, to share information and maximize margins, as well as project leads- Create and maintain 2lb spray foam initiative in Western Canada.
