The CEO and Principal Consultant of a boutique human resources consulting service with specializations in HR Strategy, transformation and engagement. Through direct and sub-contracted engagements lead engagements with strong companies and brands ranging from Four Seasons, County of Northumberland and Metrolinx to Loblaws, CPPIB and Centennial College. A few key examples include- Worked with two large Toronto academic institutions to develop comprehensive corporate People Plans and actioning processes-Led the redesign of recruitment and workforce stabilization strategy for a long-term care home preparing for transition to a new facility. Shifted from a traditional posting model to a proactive pipeline-based hiring approach aligned to Ontario’s competitive long term care labour market. Delivered measurable improvements in hiring speed, retention, and operational stability while achieving full staffing readiness for new build occupancy. Developed a bridge strategy document for the new building transition. • A holistic Human Resources and Organizational Development Assessment for a large community college with transformation recommendations for the CEO and new CHRO. Outlined a new operating model, client quick wins, and action plans to develop the competency and internal brand of the team. Led segments of the plan’s implementation, worked with a small team to outline the CEO’s overall transformation plan. • Development and management of the international campus recruitment program and team build at one of world’s largest institutional investors. The project focused on core school presence in Canada, US Ivy League, UK and Hong Kong. In its first year, the program resulted in increased hires, acceptance rates doubling (almost 90%) and female investment role hires doubling. •Provided consulting services and talent acquisition expertise for AI and other technology procurements for the largest employer in the country.
