Media specialist: Creation, implementation and management of marketing campaigns for multiple departments within Viterra. Includes all media placement (i.e. radio, TV, print, web, billboards, and digital billboards). Manage budgets and timelines to maximize campaign efficacy. Support all ongoing strategic and tactical business requirements to educate and promote Viterra’s products and services to internal and external audiences.Tradeshows Coordinator: Management of all corporate and retail presence at tradeshows, and tradeshow-related customer events. Coordinate signage, Viterra information and promotional materials for all shows. Create digital advertising to increase awareness and promote Viterra’s show specials.Training Coordinator: Support all role-specific training programs, which includes Grain Marketing, Sales and Customer Service. Administer e-learning programs, classroom training and ongoing education opportunities such as webinars. Community Investments: Manage all incoming requests and track Viterra’s contributions. Administer all various fundraising initiatives. Web Development: Liaise with IT for external and internal websites. Responsible to confirm site maps and layout, identify any content gaps between sites, review existing content with content owners, and conduct functionality testing for both sites. Add new content as needed.Customer Events: Organize and manage all corporate ‘key customer’ grower events such as the Strategies for Successful Farming meetings, key customer meetings, and an annual CIGI customer education session.myViterra secure customer portal: Manage the strategic direction of myViterra and myViterra Mobile, and work with IT group to implement new features, refine and enhance current features, and communicate to customer base about new features to increase awareness.
