I\'ve worked across almost all of our client sectors from Communications, Financial Services, Media, Non-profits and Consumer Goods to help make innovation real, impactful and exciting for clients. My role is hugely varied (which i love!) and some of the areas i work in consistently are- Innovation strategy: Why is innovation important and how and where can organisations use it to drive growth- Cultural change: How can organisations foster the right mindsets, behaviours and talent to make innovation \'stick\'- Building innovation capabilities: How can organisations create their own successful innovation teams and capabilities- Launching new propositions - How can organisations go from a business problem to an innovation and scalable idea at pace? I am accredited in a number of the key skills which underpin innovation such as Design Thinking, Agile and Experimentation
