Started as a part time wetland delineator. Became a project manager and endangered bat biologist. Promoted to Manager of the Wetland Group. Promoted to Midwest Operations Manager. Promoted to Director of Organizational Development. Promoted to Senior Director of Operational Development. It has been a fun ride helping this company grow from about 12 people to around 200.I currently am part of the EnviroScience Leadership Team, where I help develop and direct ES strategy and policy. My accountability includes developing, overseeing, and/or directing *employee development and reviews,*internal information and systems administration,*recruiting and on-boarding,*process creation and oversight, and *wetlands/endangered bat environmental consulting.
