She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Cal Poly Pomona and obtained her Master’s degree in Social Work from Cal State University, San Bernardino. Jamie is a Certified Care Manager through the NACCM, a member of the Aging Life Care Association, and a board member for the Orange County Chapter of the Alzheimer\'s Association. She considers it an honor and privilege to assist clients and their families with the difficult journey of memory loss.
