I network within the promotional products industry to obtain clients and build brand recognition for CMC. Once a client retains CMC I establish value for companies by performing industry specific valuations and consult with the owners about what drives value and what other factors are important in selling a company. Once that process is complete I write marketing materials that contain both qualitative and quantitative information which we disperse to potential buyers in a highly confidential process. I communicate with potential buyers, coordinate communication with the seller principals and negotiate terms on behalf of our clients. Once terms are established I review purchase documents for industry specific terms issues and help coordinate the closing process. I am also in charge or marketing efforts for our company which include writing writing copy for both digital and print materials as well as establishing marketing campaigns.
