Civil Engineer specializing in geotechnical engineering design, trenchless design, USACE 408 permitting, and construction.My career started in 2007 during my last 1 ½ years at Louisiana State University as an intern for GeoEngineers. While managing drilling operations and logging thousands of feet of soft soils across the Gulf South, I became very interested in the challenges these soils present to engineering design and construction. Performing various laboratory test and construction oversight only increased my interest in geotechnical engineering. Determining innovative means to address these soft soil issues became very appealing as a young engineer intern. With varying soil conditions, each project presents unique issues to address and overcome. After graduation, I began my career with GeoEngineers performing project work for industrial plants, transportation and municipal infrastructure including potential risk assessment and foundation design under the guidance of our senior engineers specializing in these challenging Gulf Coast soils. This guidance has proven to be instrumental in my career when developing cost effective and proven construction recommendations.Over the last +16 years, I\'ve focused on geotechnical and trenchless design work for pipeline clients including trenchless obstacle crossing explorations, permitting applications for United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) levee crossings, HDD design/construction, and foundation designs for compressor stations, meter stations and valve sites. Successfully completing several USACE levee crossing projects has given me the opportunity to become well versed in the USACE design manuals and guidelines. This has become a critical aspect in providing results to my clients.PE licensed in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Nebraska
