Experienced Sales Director of over 20 years in the commercial business sales leading a team of 22 B2B field executives, Whilst in this role I set up a corporate award winning brand which won many awards. More recently I joined a VPS as a Regional Operations Manager and my task was to set up and run a division of the company in the South West which dealt with the transformation of commercial property into temporary accommodation, My role was not only to set up and run this division but it was to also manage a team to make sure the properties where maintained up to HMO standards and to deal with reactive and planned maintenance. I have a vast array of property experience, Project management experience, property maintenance experience, Sales experience and operational experience.
