Joined Construction industry June 2020 as a result of covid, made redundant from 15 year office career as an Account Manager in the Print industry- Obtained Labourer green card June 2020- Obtained CPCS A&B 10T 360 excavator ticket July \'20- Gained NVQ L2 Blue CPCS competency Sept \'21- Obtained CPCS Dozer ticket July \'24- Gained NVQ L2 Blue CPCS competency Jan \'26Now with 5.5 years experience across earthworks, residential, civil infrastructure projects, my current focus is becoming a proficient Dozer Operator.Long term I\'d like to add the 3cx & Grader tickets to my capabilties, & in the process of pursuing these plant categories, enjoy expanding both my plant operating skillset as well as becoming a more knowledgeable individual within the industry.A proven fast learner with an extensive list of positive, supportive & continuous references across various work types supporting this.I enjoy the flexibility & freedom self-employment provides, but am open to PAYE should there be a mutually beneficial fit.
