Executive Chef Tim Souza has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, and is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He and General Manager Jamie Surprenant strive to offer an innovative menu that takes full advantage of fresh local ingredients, together with a carefully selected wine list to complement each dish.
