I have worked on many high profile and challenging dilapidations cases throughout the UK and Ireland for both landlords and tenants. • My core expertise includes terminal dilapidations claims, interim dilapidations matters, lease break advice, lease surrender negotiations and liability provisioning.• As a trained negotiator, I have extensive experience in advising both landlord and tenant clients in complex, high value dilapidations negotiations. This provides me with an excellent insight and understanding of how both parties will look to approach such negotiations. • I am a Chartered Building Surveyor, Chartered Building Engineer and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. I also hold an RICS certificate in Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management. Using my qualifications and experience I am able to assist clients in navigating the complexities of dilapidations and lease end disputes. • My key clients include occupiers such as Towergate Underwriting Group, Cambridgeshire County Council, Instant Managed Offices, Maximus Services Limited and Cripps Pemberton Greenish.
