I am a qualified MSP / PRINCE2 Programme Manager, experienced in delivering large global ERP and managed services programmes through the complete project lifecycle from strategy through to implementation and operations with both onshore and offshore delivery. At BT, I was Head of the PMO on BT’s HR transformation programme and implemented SAP SuccessFactors as BT’s HR system for colleagues and SAP Employee Central Payroll for UK colleagues, making it the SAP’s largest UK payroll.Prior to this, I was a Programme Manager in BT Local Government and was responsible for the programme delivery for BT’s London IT Framework and the implementation of the TriBorough Finance, HR and Payroll managed services programme. This programme delivered managed services to Westminster City Council, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Hammersmith and Fulham, using Agresso 5.6.4 as the core technology platform.
