In 2021 I re-joined Aitchison Raffey to develop the valuation offer and services and I am Area Director for Midlands Valuations. My primary skills for this role include; · Residential valuations off all types from terraced housing to executive homes and mansions, residential investment portfolios and HMO’s.· Commercial valuations with particular experience of industrial units and estates, offices, retail (high street and retail parks) and mixed use developments.· Valuation of residential and commercial developments including new build homes and office to residential conversions (permitted development).· Valuation of investment and development properties using Argus.Examples of experience include;· Valuation of all types of properties along the HS2 Route including Phase 1, 2a and 2b.· Loan security valuations for all major lenders including Lloyds Banking Group, Santander, Natwest/RBS, Handelsbanken, The Co-operative Bank, Nationwide and Barclays.· Regulated Purpose Valuations for institutional funds including SWIP, USS, GMPF, M&G and Aviva.· Regulated Purpose Valuations for accounting purposes of operational and investment property for company accounts and SIPPs.· Valuation and disposal for corporate recovery and insolvency purposes on behalf of insolvency practitioners and LPA receivers.
