The setup and configuration of all Apteco software solutions (Faststats, PeopleStage, Orbit) for multiple clients. • Responsible for liaising and negotiating with Apteco on licence renewals for all clients. • Liaise with the analytics, SQL, and client services team on client requirements to ensure a joined-up approach to the delivery of solutions • Developed an end-to-end testing approach and work with the Development QA team to ensure a robust and auditable QA process is in place • Responsible for the build of Peoplestage solutions and the ongoing requirements of clients to amend existing journeys
