Work with all my superintendents,pipe foreman’s, Dirt Foreman’s,service guys and parts runner on a daily basis on each Project I attend the weekly Project meetings with all of our clients to make sure everything is running smoothly and we stay on or ahead of our schedule I also stay on top of all the material labor cost manage all of our equipment and equipment repairs and all of our Company trucks when we are in need of equipment or Trucks I search and go find them then we purchase them same thing with the small equipment each crew needs I interview and have background checks on all the employees determine how much to pay each employee by the hour or weekly do all the hiring and terminating the employees. I stay on top of all the Safety since I come to Mercon safety standards are on a higher level the cost of our Workmen’s Comp. Yearly Premiums has greatly dropped.
