About Jamie Riesbeck
Manager of Workforce Solutions- Loyal Source Government Services. Overseeing/leading the launch of the Travel HC division\'s Vendor Alliance Program in addition to managing a team of skilled account managers and operations specialists. I began my career with Loyal Source as a healthcare recruiter in 2019. Realizing strengths in training, motivational skills, data, and processes, I became a Recruitment Manager I in 2020, overseeing a team of skilled healthcare recruiters for multiple divisions within the company, including CBP and KBR. I transitioned back to the Travel HC division at the end of 2021 as a Recruitment Manager II, and continued to grow strengths in training, processes, and data analyzation. After a year working with developing the recruitment team and processes, I was asked to work as our company\'s first Manager of Workforce Solutions for Travel HC. I am delighted to say that I work with our Travel HC division\'s skilled account management and operations teams, while also having the privilege of developing our new Vendor Partnership Program. I look forward to the future, the opportunities, and the growth this role has to offer!
