About Jamie Neubeck

With over three years of experience in technology sales, I am a founding Senior Sales Development Representative at TeamSense, a company that provides a cutting-edge, text-based absence management and communication solution for deskless workers. I am passionate about helping organizations connect with their hourly employees and improve their productivity, absenteeism, and engagement. As a founding Sr. SDR, I have built a team from scratch, wrote the sales playbook, interviewed, hired, on-boarded, and managed six SDRs, and consistently crushed my quota. I have also contributed close to $2 million in pipeline and sourced over 100 deals in 9 months (two times the amount any other rep achieved). In addition, I have been the instructor at two different SDR bootcamps, where I shared my knowledge and skills with aspiring sales professionals. I am loyal, hardworking, honest, and always eager to learn and grow. My goal is to work my way into management and help other promising SDRs channel their passion into success. But my most hard-won achievement, is the 12+ years I have in recovery from an insidious opiate addiction. I have dedicated much of my life to helping other addicts find their way home, as it was another recovering addict that helped me find my way back home to my family. I am a certified recovery coach and have proudly served on the Board of Directors for MIHOPE Michigan (Michigan Heroin and Opiate Prevention and Education) alongside a group of mothers who lost their children to this epidemic or have children still sick and suffering in active addiction. The sky is the limit for me. I will continue to help others level up, whether it be as an SDR manager, or as a mentor within recovery. My drive and passion will help to catapult me wherever I want to be. Which is EXACTLY where I am today. Clean and serene with an amazing job, the best kids and hubby on Earth, my lovely mama, and tons of family & friends to love and share this life with. Now if we could only get our shit together as a country 🤦‍
