As of October 2020, i started my position as Managing Director of Namaka Compliance, with a direct reporting line to the CEO of Namaka Group. With full P+L responsibility of the organisation as well as a majority shareholder. Namaka Compliance are one of the Namaka Group companies with the other being Namaka Subsea.Namaka Compliance have a real USP of Outsourced Competence Assurance Support (OCAS)Services where we act as the competence arm of organisations who look to focus on their day to day to operations. We develop, implement and maintain Competence Management Systems (CMS) for organisations within the energy sector as part of our OCAS services.We do this through the following:Development of processes and procedures Assessor and Verifier Training Use of our online CMS ‘Athena’Namaka Compliance have been engaged by a variety of organisations in the Energy Sector for our competence services in the UKCS, Africa, Middle East and Central America. I have successfully taken the company from start up in Covid to turning over six figure sums in revenue within a 2 year timeframe and on target to turnover seven figures in another 2.Notable achievements by myself and company:Invited to speak at HSE executive AGM in front of HSE inspectors as a competence specialist with regards to how organisations should be demonstrating competence and using digital means for this particularly in high hazard industries.
