ABOUT JAMIE MULLANEY

Jefferson Solutions, a boutique consulting firm specializing in acquisition, human capital development, project management, and institutional support for various federal agencies. Currently, I support the Growth team leading capture efforts, proposal management, and proposal writing. I also support agency partners through the acquisition lifecycle, to conduct strategic acquisition assessments, and facilitate acquisition-related trainings. I also conduct legislative analysis for DHS, tracking procurement-related bills and updating resources pursuant to the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul.Previously, I was a Task Order Manager for a $22m institutional support contract (ISC) which provided long- and short-term personnel to USAID\'s Bureau for Legislative and Public Affairs. I also served in the Deputy capacity for 4 years on a $16m and $65m staffing contract. In all contracts I led recruitment, oversaw performance and professional development, supported travel logistics, operations, workplanning, and budgeting. I have a passion for global health with experience in program management, budget oversight and work planning, tracking and reporting on project deliverables, procurement planning, coordination with field teams, grant writing, and management of the full life-cycle of recruitment. I am collaborative and a team player. Given an extremely saturated portfolio of work, I have honed a strong ability to work under pressure, with multiple competing priorities, in a fast-paced environment. I also thoroughly enjoy my recruiting responsibilities. I have extensive experience developing position descriptions, identifying staffing needs, performing interviews, supporting USAID to classify position descriptions (preparing PDs and JDHS), mentoring and coaching, on-boarding, overseeing corrective actions and providing support for payroll and registration. Throughout my career, I have worked in multicultural teams supporting various levels of health professionals. In 2014, I lived in Chiapas, Mexico working as an independent researcher with El Colegio de la Frontera Sur. There I assessed women\'s access to reproductive health information via their weaving cooperatives. This activity required persistence, cultural sensitivity, and independent thinking.I earned my Masters degree in Global Health from Georgetown University. I speakSpanish at professional proficiency.
