Fleet management looks simple when it’s done well — and that’s usually the point.With 5+ years of experience managing large, customer-facing fleets, I oversee operations for 2,600+ vehicles across diverse markets and service centers. My work sits at the intersection of safety, compliance, cost control, and driver experience, with a constant focus on keeping vehicles on the road, on brand, and out of the shop.I’ve led fleet growth from hundreds to thousands of vehicles, centralized fleet operations under a single FMC, improved preventive maintenance compliance, reduced repair cycle time, and unlocked significant vehicle equity through disciplined lifecycle planning. Along the way, I’ve built scalable processes around inspections, inventory control, fuel management, and data accuracy — because clean data drives better decisions.What I care about most is building fleet programs that quietly enable the business: fewer breakdowns, safer drivers, predictable costs, and vehicles that reflect the brand our teams represent in the field every day.I’m an active AFLA member and participate in fleet leadership forums, where I enjoy sharing lessons learned and learning from others navigating similar challenges.Fleet isn’t reactive — it’s strategic.
