Senior Programme Manager on major European Bank Migration Programme.• Accountable for delivering licensed and hosted product software to clients.• Leading and managing a team of project and programme managers delivering pan European payment programmes and projects to circa 30 Banks and payment providers across multiple platforms.• Establish clear project management objectives, monitoring team performance through dedicated dashboard reporting, KPI’s and RAID logs.• Responsible for the overall delivery P&L, ensuring projects deliver the agreed revenue, cost and margin.• Maintain delivery oversight on circa 50 active projects acting as a point of escalation for all clients, project managers, project issues and risks ensuring projects are delivered in line with plan and budget.• Ensure the Projects are delivered using the appropriate level of governance and appropriate risk controls are in place throughout the change lifecycle.• Effectively manage both the current and future pipeline and resource demand for the department.• Support the sales team throughout the RFP process and planning ensuring sales and delivery are aligned
