Under general supervision, reporting to the Lead Senior Director of Development for the Molinaroli College of Engineering & Computing, the Assistant Director of Donor Relations is responsible for all aspects of supporting the development and implementation of donor relations and stewardship activities and programs for the Molinaroli College of Engineering and Computing. Responsible for working directly with university partners to timely address endowment account spending. The Assistant Director will play a significant role in determining the best strategies for effective cultivation and stewardship of donors including but not limited to gift agreements, travel plans, donor campus visits, alumni awards, event management-related tasks, board, and council coordination, and the donor acknowledgement process. Develop donor profiles, monitor endowments, and assists with the management of annual fundraising from inception to finish. Performs donor and prospect research for the Dean. Serves as primary point of contact for the Molinaroli College of Engineering & Computing development team.
