As the Vice President of Bakery Operations at Lindley, Foods, LLC, I spend my days overseeing each of the three production facilities: Byrd Cookie Company in Savannah, GA (50 employees), Selma\'s Cookies in Apopka, FL (50 employees), and Selma\'s Cookies in Riverside, CA (25 employees).
