Being a Product Manager in edtech means translating meaningful ideas into real growth — with heart, clarity and humor along the way. Most recently, I helped lead Hooked on Phonics through a big shift: from a traditional model to one powered by product-led growth. That meant rethinking how we engage families, how we position value, and how we partner with marketing and brand teams to drive engagement. I worked alongside brilliant, curious people — from new product hires to creative marketers — and helped shape a strategy that was as thoughtful as it was effective. My team builds the pathways through which families find, trust, and stay with the Hooked on Phonics program. What matters to me: Collaborative momentum: I thrive on strong cross-functional relationships (and a well-organized doc).
