As the Director of Small Blessings Preschool in South Tampa, I have the privilege of leading a vibrant nurturing early childhood program serving children ages 2 to 5. Our school is rooted in a play-based, child-centered philosophy, that values, creativity, connection, and joyful learning.I oversee daily operations, curriculum development, staff hiring and mentorship, family communication, and program enrichment — always with an eye toward creating a safe, loving environment, where children can thrive. I am passionate about building strong relationships with families, supporting teacher growth, and fostering a culture of kindness and curiosity.I work closely with our church leadership and broader community partners to align our mission, support professional development, and ensure a high-quality, inclusive experience for every child.Whether I’m collaborating on preschool initiatives, welcoming, new families, or planning events that bring our community together, I am always focused on what’s best for our children, our staff, and our future.
