   Led a team to manufacture an ultra-custom home and guest house in the Yellowstone Club for clients who are international industry experts in construction and manufacturing Completed most recent project within 22 months in adverse manufacturing, logistical and cost-control conditions including pandemic impacts on international labor and materials.Ensured client satisfaction by championing the project’s schedule, budget, quality and safety and by providing clear communications and collaboration.Created and honored a schedule using lean methodologies, fast tracking by working more and varied shifts and crashing schedules by adding manpower. Directed a collaborative team, interacting with more than 60 craftspeople to obtain their highest performance in a remote location.Selected, negotiated and managed contracts for 35+ subcontractors and vendors from across North America, Europe and China.
